Dallas Area RACES Council and Pat Hykkonen, N5NPL are pleased to announce the release of the 2008 Cloud Cowboy Reference Manual. This year's release of the CCRM includes expanded areas on BLMRS and other Dallas Area operational procedures as well as cleaned up graphics and re-structured for ease of use.

The always current version of the Cloud Cowboy Reference Manual may always be found on this site.
